I was born in the smells of my Father’s kitchen, learn to recognize them, and enjoy cooking, becoming a chef.
I love, dream, imagine, and yearn for all the scents of this land, and so I decide that I want to study them, shape them, create them, and then spread them around the world so that not from wealth but from virtue can beauty be born.
