Pax is an olfactory self-portrait in which Lorenzo Pazzaglia reveals himself, his culinary art, and his personality. Contrasts and contrasts of notes recreate the facets of a multifaceted person. The sparkling, cordial opening of citrus and pepper introduces a heart of fruity notes whose sweetness is tempered by crystalline incense. Precious woods, along with leather, are an unexpected backdrop against which a bouquet of white flowers with fruity and spicy nuances lies.
