Acne Studios par Frederic Malle

Acne Studios is not just a look. If anything, it is many looks, an ethos not easily encapsulated: functional, but eclectic, the opposite of basic.
Frédéric Malle tried to put Acne Studios in a bottle. For this special collaboration, he asked perfume prodigy Suzy Le Helley to author a powerful manifesto.

The composition is as such: a large amount of aldehydes, rose, violet and a touch of orange blossom; accords of vanilla and peach; generous notes of sandalwood; a touch of frankincense, and a sea of musk.
From utilitarian comfort to eccentric elegance, this seemed like an olfactory rendering of Acne Studios.
